This vessel is a beautiful, clear, red color. It holds 16 oz of wax. These vessels are clean and ready to burn your candle. We are taking inventory of our shelves and find some have been on the shelf too long. This does not affect the way it burns or the scent. The scent may be lovely as soy wax smells better as it cures. There may be discoloring of the wax but will go away as it burns. These vessels may come with a dark lid as in this picture or a lighter color if that is what is available.
